I have been there ...and still struggling with it from time to time ..what you can do 1st is to eat very well, take multi-vitamins, go for some sports, find yourself another interest you can still enjoy, pray regularly, if you still have a belief it really can help , tell your problem with faith in prayers, concentrate yourself on what you can still enjoy ....people, or things ...!! don't be discouraged ...resist drink , resist smoking, resist depravation if you can ,as those will only destroy you more ... stay as more moral as possible..The battle is your mind, just focus and put some energy in there to try to resolve your problems .. stay calm and relaxed, and tell yourself very very often, I am the master of my body, and my emotions, I am the master of my spirit and fate and destiny, bad feelings of x, y, and z, I command you to go away from me by the power of my inner will ....
and there are one things you should understand either, you are physical being and an emotional being, let the physical being exist while you work on the emotional one, emotions are just sensation in your mind,THEY ARE NOT REAL, they are the result of your inner perception. and sometimes when things fall out our perception , we can't understand them and we end up get hurt because of that... You will be amazed to see how some very great problems can be solved sometimes if you have the power to change your perception of the things , they will gradually disappear as long as you show them you can master them ....they will be gone ..Don't worry , you ''ll feel ok ..!!

And also, if you have a problem that you can't manage alone, talk about it a lot with all the people of trust that you can, ...see a professional counselor, or a therapist and try have regular sessions until your problem is solved ...

Remember , YOU are the master in the house of your body and head, no emotions should put you out of it, ....!! show them you are stronger ..!!

Good luck !!

If you are feeling depressed:
-Write it down in a journal or diary, why you feel that way
-Go socialize and stay in company with happy people who lift your spirits
-Consult your inner spirit, whatever you believe in spiritually or religiously, practice it until you feel better, so if that means praying or confessing do it
-EXCERCISE, there have been many times I felt depress, but after I excercise I feel energized and confident
-Make yourself up, dress up, be your best self, despite what's going wrong in your life
-Lastly, DO SOMETHING FOR SOMEONE ELSE, get your mind off of you and your problems and do some volunteering, charity work, or simply be nice to people around you and smile even if you don't feel well, it will give an instant boost

Eat chocolate, go for a walk, watch a funny movie, or even talk to a friend. Having pets around help sometimes too. Don't fall into the bad habit of going shopping when depressed. I learned that one the hard way, now I have a large credit card bill to pay off. Don't drink or do drugs; they just make things worse. (I know this from experience as well.)

I read the bible and pray. Also getting out of your room and sitting in the sunshine can help a lot. I also listen to my iPod and let my mind wonder, sometimes when i do that the solution to my problem usually come to me. If i can i go to the beach and watch the sunset while listening to jazz.
If all else fails go into therapy, its always nice to have someone to talk to about whatever's bothering you.
