Problem solved - Actually it was Itunes, She needed to create an account and log-on to Itunes store.

You might want to call Apple at 1-800-MY-APPLE. I am an iPod Specialist and have helped at least 200 people with iPod problems and I have never heard of this! Apple will know how to help you!

Connect to your iTunes software, and click on ''restore factory settings''. Thats all I can think of what to do.
