For Realtors: Have you ever sold a HUD Disaster Evacuee house?

I've advertised for hurricane evacuees to buy these homes in Texas, offered by HUD at reduced cost, but no luck in actually finding someone who wants one, and qualifies. Have you had any luck in this? How?

The people I have dealt with either can't qualify or have ample resources to buy whatever they want to.

I'm sure there are some in the middle, I just haven't dealt with any.
