I have no idea how to watch it online but if you sign up for Netflix you can get one disk at a time for 4.99 a month. That is a pretty good deal to watch the whole 3rd season.

try the CWnetwork and go from there or Google season 3 of one tree hill

http://www.tvlinks.voodeedoo.org its got every season with every episode on it. not just that show but hundreds of others. if the site isnt up working today give it a few days and try again, they're always updating shows.
