Hey, looks are definately what will catch a guys attention, but if the girl acts kindof bitchy then it will turn a guy off, so yeh its partially looks and partially personality, only like desperate guys who are out for sex will crack onto a girl and ignore looks and personality.

Often it's looks first, but most men want personality / intelligence / sense of humor in someone they'll spend time with; just like women do with men.
