Parasite (unlike Rogue) because:
1) He has no quams regarding killing or absorbing powers.
2) He does not go through the metal confusion Rogue does. when absorbing powers.
3) Parasite could absorb Rogue's power from a distance, leaving her helpless.

This is a tricky one. Ordinarily, I’d put my money on Rogue. But Parasite is able to drain powers AT RANGE…! Not very far, but Rogue must touch her target to drain them. But I hope that they don’t ever meet. Parasite is just not right for Rogue. I’ve always hoped that she would get together with Crusher Creel, the Absorbing Man. They’d make an INTERESTING couple…!

My money is on the Parasite. He's more powerful.
Also, he doesn't NEED to touch people to get their powers. They just need to come into his line of fire (range) for him to affect them.
Rogue needs to touch her victims, so her range is limited to touch only. AND there are some powers she cannot absorb.
