Not in liquid form. If there was no sun, there would be no heat, thus all the water would be ice.

If the Sun disappeared, there would be water on Earth in ice form.
If the Sun never existed, neither would Earth. Water would be present in other parts of the Universe, however.
But, what I think you're really asking is weather Sunlight was nessicary to create water on the young Earth. I am not a geologist, but I don't belive so. There was more than enough energy present on Earth to react Oxygen and Hydrogen, which would become vapor in the atmosphere until the Earth cooled enough for the first rain.
Boy, that must have flet good.

There would be no earth if there was no sun. So i guess your answer is no. If you are asking if we could have water here if the sun dissapeared one day, all water that wasnt internally heated would freeze. There could probly be some liquid water deep in the oceans near volcanic vents, but thats about it.
This is assuming you mean liquid water, because water like everything else has liquid solid and gas forms, water is just known a lot better as a liquid so i assumed thats what you meant.

If the sun never formed, the planets wouldn't have formed either, and hence we wouldn't be talking about water on the planets anywhere. But the consensus is that comets brought most of the water to Earth in the first billion years.
Likewise, if there were never any stars, no oxygen atoms would ever have been nucleosyntheniszed, and therefore there wouldn't have been any water in the universe.

If there was no planetary sun in our solar system, then life would for us would not exist. Sunlight, water, and oxygen are essential elements to the existance of Life. Vegatation would cease to grow. The earth would be a mass of solid frozen rock and ice. Water as we know it, would only be existing elements and nothing else.

The sun gives us energy for heat.and light.. Water is a compound found on the earth and perhaps other planets. Its state does depend on temperature.

If the sun disappeared right now, the earth would freeze, and would also fly out of it's orbit.
