It's about this girl who went to a fortuene teller , and the lady told her she was a wicth , when she turn 16 , and I guess her annoig brother was bugging her , and she turned him into a dog, but she didn't mean it, and she made a vodo doll out of her teacher and made him go to a drive through car wash and do stupid things , please help. I also remember the foutne teller tryed to turn a frog into a hot guy for herself.
