It could mean pretty much anything. Sorry.
It may mean that they want to be friends with you again and so they send you a joking message that 'you smell' in hopes that you'll message them back and be friends with them again.
But it could also mean they're trying to harrass you into responding so they can laugh at you.

Just ignore it!! Haven't you been reading those bulletins on myspace?? The one that goes: "Fighting online is like being in the special olympics, even if you win your still retarded" It's true so don't bother with her if she's going to be as pathetic as to say crappy comments on there. And if you really don't like it report her to Tom and block her!!
