im doing a study and i need to find out if poepl think its wrong for minors to have sex with each other

It's not wrong to want to, buddy, but to actually have it is not a good idea in my opinion. There are too many risks involved. I'm not saying that all 13 year olds are immature and don't know anything, but generally it's best to wait until you're really in love, are in a position where you're old enough to raise a child should you or your partner become preganant, and know enough about STDs to make wise decisions; 13 year olds are generally not educated enough to do those things. So I say minors should NOT have sex. But I don't like to preach. I do believe (contrary to popular myth) that minors can fall in love...and even be responsible. But you don't always have to act on your feelings. Best to wait. You'll be happier I think.

It's not wrong for him to want it, it's completely normal and is probably more about curiosity than anything else.
Acting on those feelings however, is a totally different thing. Everyone is different, but it's probably a bad idea for at least 98% of 13 year olds.
