My only advice would be to make sure that you keep cleaning them regularly so that they don't get infected, and make sure you dont' change them until 3-4 weeks. It doesn't hurt though, so you'll be fine!

First make sure you use a nickel free stud or earring. A lot of people have allergies to this medal. Next, make sure your hands and fingers are always clean when touching your new piercings, preferrably use alcohol on your hands and clean your piercing several times a day with it too. Keep turning your piercings around in a circle to make sure your skin doesn't stick to the stud and heals correctly. You may feel a hard lump in your piercing, but this is normal, what isn't normal is if you can see what looks like a pimple starting, that is a sign of infection. Eventually the lump will go away after it is completely healed. If you do all I have suggested they should heal fine without infecions.

I got mine pierced at Claire's in the seventh grade. It doesn't hurt much, it just feels kind of hot. Pinch yourself kind of hard on your ear lobe, and that's about how much it hurts. Take some Advil afterwards, in case it's sore. If you get an infection, take the studs out immediately. Some people's ears can't have foreign objects in them. Don't put rubbing alcohol on your ear, it's not good. They give you a solution to clean your ears with.

There are places that will do both ears at once, so you don't have to go through the pain twice. I'd call around and ask. Maybe you could go at shift change when two piercers will be there. Follow the directions for cleaning, etc until they are healed

Yes! Go to a baby doctor who pierces baby ears or a sanitize accesory shop in the mall -- who do teens all the time. Don't let a friend do it -- I don't care how much you trust them. Your needles have to be sterilized and I would have both done at the dame time. Two needles -- two hole done---just a pinch of pain.

If its your 1st piercing I would do the standard center of the ear lobe. Also follow the instructions your given to the letter.

Dont get them pierced at a place in the mall. See if your doctor perices ear (sounds werid, but my doctor did mine). Or go to a tatoo/pericing parlor.
