looking at your deck it seems you dont have too many cards to go around building a deck or else there would be some cards that wont be there at all.
--your EH are too situational that the probability of drawing both heroes for the fusion as well as poly is small.
--aliens work better with other aliens thats why the other posts tell you to concentrate on one theme but if you see something that we dont then play it why not
--try to look for better monsters than warrion dai, kabazauls and machine king prototye (since you dont have machines)
---since you asked for a rating id give it a 2 or 3 out of 10

i would give your deck a 4 but only because ive seen some poweful decks at tournaments the downfall with this deck u have a chance of drawing anything i would say find a theme and stick to it i would choose dino but otherwise your deck is useable

It is good but make decks that fit each attribute or type that has the right monsters and spells and traps to go with it.

You need some better cards dude like archfiend of gilfer and u need pryamid of light along with the sphyx cards and u will have the ultimate deck
