The only way to gain weight and KEEP it on is to eat a balanced diet and to exercise. That's what a lot of people don't understand. They think if they are skinny and have a high metabolism that they have to eat a lot of carbs and fat to gain weight. The only way to gain weight and KEEP it on is to gain MUSCLE MASS. The only way to do this is to eat a balanced diet with good carbs and high proteins and work out 20 minutes every day. This will help you put on muscle mass. Muscle mass is heavier than fat, and a LOT healthier, you will also look healthier too.

I have know plenty of skinny people with high metabolisms that when they don't eat right and don't exercise they will lose weight and begin to look like they are sick. When they eat a properly balanced diet and exercise, they start to gain muscle mass and look healthy again. It's also better on your heart than trying to gain the weight in fat.

eat alot of high carb or protein foods, and limit exercising.
Eat as much as you want.

try eating a lot of food but not junk food
