How sad that you think burying is for the deserving. I prefer to be cremated, I have talk about it with my family several times. Does that mean I am undeserving of something? He was executed for his crimes by the courts in his country. Now we need to let it go. For his family, let him be interred the way they wish. How far do we have to go with revenge? Do we have to punish his family for his crimes? I have no sympathy for him, but I do his family, they did love him after all. Come on people what can you get from his corpse?

First, I am not defending Saddam and the actions put in motion from his presidency in anyway but I have this to say.....

The White House and the US media has turned the average american into a blood thirsty war-monger. I think it is real sad how Americans (by example from most of the answers to this question) have such a disregard for human life. Your all a bunch of hypocrits....this American attitude is only making things worse and is widening the gap between us and other countries.

that aside they should give the body to remaining family members to do with it as they may....i mean he was human after all.

Fed to the dogs in the streets of Baghdad is what he deserves but he'll be buried in his family plot near Tekret next to his psychopathic sons !

Sure, why not? Pee on him..soak the corpse in gasoline and roast some marshmallows.

*A negative response for feeling no sympathy for a mass murderer? My apologies to the bleeding heart liberals.

Hatred. !! We human beings are cruel. Nasty minds and unforgiveness. No no no. The Killing of Saddam is a sign of more violence in Iraq and more death of U.S troops. It's not going to change anything believe you me. But let God be the judge not us. Learn to forgive one another and not bear grudges against each other.

I think regardless of person it should be his/her choice or families choice on what to do, although he liked to bury people but then again they weren't died until they ran out of air.
