Keep that Knee elevated! And, don't put ANY pressure on it for at least 2-3 days. Just chill and wait. Keep putting ice on it for the swelling and then heat on it for healing (alternate this procedure).
Then, before your tourny head to a pool for a swim to get your cardio back up. Try walking in the pool to see how stable your knee is. If you are still feeling pain at that time, then you may want to sit that tourny out.
It is better for the team in the long run.

Like some of the others, I hate to be a wet noodle, but you really need to have it checked out. If you have torn something, playing on it (even with rest, elevation, ect) you may only do more damage, which may be far more difficult to fix. It could ger worse over time. Check it out and listen to the doctor. I understand how you feel and how you are anxious to be well and play in the tourny. It has been awhile for me, but I remember that feeling. :) Don't rush it, don't push it, don't take chances...

Just rest until the finals come up and then if your still in pain just be a basketball player and stick it out 4 the game. And remember keep that knee elevated and ice 4 about 2 days.
Trust me i'm a basketball player and a doctor.

im assuming its a twist. Ice it every twenty minutes. Stay of it for like 4 days give it lots of rest. when u want ( or need) to play wear a knee brace tight. (Im am not a doctor so do not take my word on the only 4 day rest).

Not to scare you, but you may have torn something in your knee. Best not to take any chances and have you knee evaluated by a doctor.
Hope this helps.
