Well , Why not ? They have feelings. I am the Mother of 3 grown and very much men. I have seen 2 of them cry because of something very emotional in my presence. The other son is in the Military and I hate to say this but I think he might like to cry sometime but he's to bull headed. He retires from the Navy tomorrow & I am so proud of all 3 of them.
Have a Happy New Year !! Smile, its contagious ~~~

I think the better question would be why would grown men not cry? Every human being has feelings and if you can't cry, there is something deeply wrong with them. Why would you ask?

Because they are caring and feeling humans. Nothing wrong with a grown man crying.

I think a grown man that crys is very touching it shows he has feelings and a tender heart there is nothing wrong with his tears showing.. JESUS cried and hes the strongest man i know so why wouldnt it be ok for a man to cry hes human. if a person doesnt cry it shows they have no emotions and are dead inside. atleast if hes crying it shows he has some kind life left inside

The same reason anyone cries. They are sad, happy, frustrated, in pain, and/or they have something in their eye.

(For the people saying "grown men don't cry" - give them a swift kick in the gonads and see how cheerful they are about it...)

I cry often, for a man, anyway. I'm very secure in my manhood, masculine, former United States Marine.......I see nothing wrong with crying. In fact, it's helpful to release tension that causes heart attacks.

hmm...that's like asking why people BREATHE (kinda). Men, women, and children cry because they have emotions (like all non-sociopathic humans). I'm usually pretty patient about most questions, but I don't care much for this one.

Because they're old enough to know that crying does not mean that you're a wuss, it's just a natural emotional pain reliever.

From many years of women breaking them down, to leave for a new guy to break down(because he's stronger).
