My husband is going to adopt my daughter and my ex is giving up his parental rights. I would like to do it on my own since it is very expensive and I can't afford to go thru a lawyer. I live in Oregon. If anyone know what I need to do, please let me know. Serious answers only please...

This is entirely too complex for you to do on your own. If you can't afford an attorney, at least go to legal aid for some advice.

One small error can mess up a lot of lives for a very long time.
