WHEN YOU CLICK TO COMPOSE AN EMAIL THE SCREEN WILL OFFER VARIOUSE OPTIONS SOMEWHERE ON THE SCREEN IT WILL SAY :ATTACH FILE:
CLICK ON THIS TO BRING UP A SEPERATE WINDOW OFFERING MULTIPLE CHOICES TO WICH YOUR PIC IS STORED EG DESKTOP MY DOCUMENTS MY PICTURES ECT.
JUST CLICK ON THE DESTINATION AND THEN CLICK ON YOUR FILE,PIC TO OPEN IT UP INTO YOUR E MAIL ONCE ATTACHED YOU CAN PRESS SEND.
OR PERHAPS IF YOU ALREADY KNOW THIS THEN YOUR PIC MIGHT BE TOO BIG TO SEND OR ITS IN A FORMAT WICH ISNT RECOGNISED BY YOUR PC.

Have you tried Yahoo photos. Go to My Yahoo get up the index click yahoo photos and take it from there.
Howver, you imply that it is something you have done but you are not able to do it now. Unfortunately you fail to say what you have tried and what happens in these attempts.
Try using another email account I found that my pop account failed but I could send a picture to that address by my Yahoo Mail account. So experiment around a bit and see what works

get a photo bucket account and then download the photo into photo bucket. dont worry its free. then copy the code into your email. the code is under the pic. hope this helps.
