Yes they are. They're teaching our children the wrong thing, but I guess they're just reflections of soceity now. Sadly...because most girls do dress like that. To me the dolls are ugly, dress very provactively, are fake and are brats and conceited. Do we really want to put messages like this to our children?
I grew up with Barbie, and Barbie had the decent cute boyfriend Ken and she had the car, the little sister and had dreams and occupations (getting married, being a doctor, a nurse or a stay home mom.) Bratz dolls flirt with every guy they see, don't have steady boyfriends and just ugh.
I guess Bratz dolls are just reflections of whats in soceity. Look at celebrities, lack of morals and the way people act adn dress.

When I played with dolls I used to like playing with Bratz dolls the most ! Don't know why but they seemed to be the funnest for me !

It depends on the values you are teaching your children. Sure, they are popular, but if that isn't the message you want to send to your children then don't get them. Personally, I feel they are to tarty for children and would never buy them for my kids.

Nope..I think they are ALOT tarty for kids. But as always, its up to the parents to expose their children to it in the home.
