Try some stuff by T. S. Eliot or Alvaro de Campos (Fernando Pessoa). Tabacaria (The Tobacco Shop) is particularly beautiful. George Monteiro's English translations of Fernando Pessoa's poetry are excellent.

Ulalume by Edgar Allen Poe. If you can, try getting the recording by Jeff Buckley from the album "Closed on Account of Rabies". The whole album is great :)

Or you can go to www.deadlounge.com/poetry/ and use their Goth-O-Matic (TM) Poetry Generator to make your own masterpieces. :)
