Yes you can play DVDs on your computer if you have a DVD drive. Yes you can also transfer a DVD movie to your ipod but you need to have a video converting software. An example of the video conerting software is AMADIS DVD to IPOD converter. I hope this answers your question.

YES, you can play dvds on your computer. I really don't know about the ipod thing though, sorry. But I'm sure maybe you could try to "rip" it off the cd onto itunes and load it from there?

i want to know too! i can play them on my computer but i'm trying to see if i can copy them into itunes and then put them on my ipod. good question!

Unfortunatly you need to purchase a program that will convert the files to mp4 format
