It's fine. You shouldn't sit directly *behind* a CRT monitor (that's one of the big honking old-school computer screens, not like the new flat ones) -- that's *behind*, the opposite side of the screen. The *back* of those old monitors can emit some waves that aren't all that great for you. But if you're sitting so that you can SEE the screen, it's fine.

In short: don't worry about it. You can use computers as much as you want.

Yes, it is fine to do. I don't think a computer gives off much of an electric wave.

However, you shouldn't stand next to a microwave, because that is an electronic wave, that is not good for developing children.

I have never heard of if your pregnant you could not use computer. I think this is one of them old wives tales, except told in a more modern day form. A computer does not put off that type of wave to hurt your are your baby, may make your eyes tired, but that is about it.

It's fine to use a computer. Many pregnant women work in front of computers all day long throughout their pregnancies. If you are worried about it you can ask your ob at your next prenatal appointment.

I used a computer my entire pregnancy and I had no issues. Typically no longer than 6 hours per day though.

No i do no longer think of that employing your comp is going to electrify your toddler. the only factor which will impact your toddler is how usually you sit down on the comp. Cuz in case you're on it consistently and not getting any workout then it extremely is risky for you and the toddler.

If you are using a CRT monitor, like your normal TV, it kicks out X - rays, which are harmful, to you, and your child.
Minimise your use!
