An iTune is Apple's brandname for their Mp3. An Mp3 is a musical file that you download from the internet. Then you can listen to it on your computer. You can also then transfer it from your computer to your Mp3 player.

An Mp3 player (such as Apple's brand, iPod), is a portable music player with headphones, kind of like a discman. The difference is that instead of playing a CD in it, you hook it up to your computer and transfer the music that you've downloaded onto it.
