Make sure your toenails are trimmed and neat, then crunch the panty hose up in your hand and insert your toes, slowly letting the panty hose out of your fist as you go up your leg, repeat on next leg.

what you do is you take on leg on the panty hose, then you keep scrunching it up, like so it's all pushed togetherr, till it's about the size if not smaller than a sock. Then you slip your foot right in, and your foot doesn't go through the whole panty hose, so it can't put a run through the whole thing. hope i helped

I know a trick that will make them tougher for you at the start. You won't believe me though until you give it a fair trial. Take your brand new pantyhose and soak them with water, put them in a food storage bag, freeze them at least overnight and then thaw them out, dry them, and wear them. Do that with several pair so they can have time to freeze. I got that tip 25 years ago when the market got rid of non-run pantyhose, and I started doing that and it works. It's a process that causes a chemical change in the hosiery. Don't knock it until you've tried it!

First you should take off all your rings or bracelets so nothing catches. Then you want to ball you fist up as you stretch them on so none of your nail will catch. Once you have them up, you want to spread youd your hand so the front of your hand is facing your thichs and your finger are in the inside and stretch to your required size.

Happy Fitting

Usually you won't ruin the hose if your toe nails are short and have no pointy edges, and I would put them on slowly, toes bent, you sitting down.
