Sweetheart, the best thing you can do is get your school administration involved. If that does not help, you need to tell your parents straight away.
That Toronto guy makes the rest of us Ontarians look bad. We're Canadians, we're supposed to be the nice ones lol

Hi, I would tell your parents what he is doing as even if he isnt just bullying you, he needs to be stopped. He might have a problem with himself that needs sorting. Dont suffer in silence. Nothing will happen to you if tell someone like the head teacher or even get your mum and dad to go into the school. If he threatens you are trys to harm you, just get the police involved i know he is only young and cant really get done for anything, but if the police realise how violent he is and what he is like with the other children, they will do something about it. If the school wont. I know sometimes schools just shrug it of as being child behaviour but some children cant cope with bullies and they need a seeing to. Im sure if all your class got together when he was bulling someone and you stick up for that person im sure he wont be able to fight the whole class. You shouldnt be scard of noone and i think you and the whole class should complain about this boy. He is only 13 same age as you its not like hes 20 so there is no need to be scard.
Please tell someone.

OK, this is tough for you. Try to find a teacher or grown up that you trust. Every school has to have a policy to stop this kind of behaviour, the school has a duty to you to make sure you are safe. Try hard to tell the person who cares for you, your Mum, Dad or Carer. You have the internet, please go to www.childline.org.uk and you will find lots of good information. Make a plan to stop feeling bullied, get a little book, keep a record of who, when, what, where and take it to your teacher at the end of every day, or lesson this happens in. Work out with your teacher how you can let him/her know what is happening without it being too obvious. You can do this! I wish you well.

I've been down that road before...But me ,to earn respect I fought back...He left me alone after that..everyone was afriad of him..
and I did not tell no one about our fight and he sure did not tell no one...I didn't like fighting but will if pushed long enough..Sometimes you have to fight...But as I tell my 10 yr old son and 14 yr old daughter..You can always try to walk away..walk across the street to get away from it..unless you have no choice...
I know they anti-bulling groups and schools and ect has now they didn't back then...But i know when I was a kid and that was 20 yrs ago...telling someone could have made it worse..I would have been picked on even more...You have to choose when to stand and when to walk away...talking to someone may help you..
I dont know time has changed alot in 20 yrs...talk to a adult who you could trust not to say anything unless your ready. Or who would repect your choice to fight if you need to...good luck in your choice.

Bullies only respond to strenght.
Get on with your schoolwork as best you can,
excel and get good grades.
They will soon stop.
Just think in 10 years you will be the one in the posh car with the degree while they will be on welfare.
Good luck sweetie

You need to speak to your parents and let them know whats going on.If you feel you cannot speak to your teacher then ask them to go to the school and tell them whats going on.It's no good keeping it to yourself things will only get worse. There's always someone there to help if you confide in someone. Good Luck.

I don't understand what you have written. If you have a bully problem tell you family and teacher. He can only hurt people if everyone is silent.
