i live in the southern usa and no snow as of yet,i dont look for much snow this winter.but i think it will be a ruff and stormy spring.

Depends on where you are.
First snow dates are pretty constant for various regiions, but vary a lot between regions. Ask locals for a good answer, don't ask here.

where i live i say it would snow next year
