The only name brand stuff I get is stuff from Goodwill or EBay.
I get most of my clothes at Wal-Mart, I don't see why people go crazy over some $100 shirt that they could buy at Wal-mart... yeah sure it wouldn't be name brand, but does it really matter?

your right. Most people are so obsessed with brand names they would pay over 100 dollars for an item just so they can be an advertisement for the company!

You said it girl. I ain't got enough cha-ching to spend on no Prada or Gucci handbag. I can get stuff just as cute at Wall Mart. Don't spend no $1000 on something that's cooler that you can get at Target for $5.

what? there are clothes that have the subliminal advertizing on the INSIDE???? i thought every brand was on the outside: aeropostale, bugle boy, steve and barry, ben and jerry, huey lewis and the news, ad finitum.
how can ppl determine your social status if the brands are on the INSIDE for @%$&'s sake?

Yep. I agree. And, if you really think about it, it's not the style that makes you attractive. It's the kind of person you are and the way you treat others that makes you either beautiful or ugly...

I like to buy good quality clothing and shoes. It's for me, not others.
