i researched this myself and the only differences were:

HDD 2.5" serial ata 60 gb compared to 20gb. what does that mean and why do i need more gbs? and also, what does it mean by the memory stick thing that comes with the 600 dollar one?

the difference is in hard drive, the more hard drive you have the more things, pic, music, video, etc. that you can store.
