(Edit) For the 1st answer, the "smart twin" LOL is Cody Martin. My sought after character is Maddie through fact she looks right down to earth and he or she continuously makes me snicker, it is so gorgeous how Zack did have/has a weigh down on her!!! i think of she dresses somewhat gorgeous too! (no rely what London says...LOL)
