cd-r are good, but the cd players are bulky and skips when hit, mp3 are the latest trend and is much smaller than the cd players... remember you're the one that makes the gadget looks cool not the other way around...

For sound quality AAC files top out both.

AAC is the format used by iPods.

No technically iPod is NOT an MP3 player it's primary function is for AAC files.

EEEEWWWWWWWWWW MP3's!

CD-r's have MUCH better sound....no compression!!!!

Especially if you record your CD from an master DAT!!!!

You can't burn a DVD as an audio CD.
