depends on your time & budget...

US is great, but too many places to cover if your time is limited. Costly in food, accomodation and transport. Packaged guided tour is better.

Japan is fantastic and good for a 10 - 14 days holiday. Cost is probably the highest, also language and possible food problems. Guided tour is best.

Singapore is known for its great food, shopping, but limited tourist spots. And being a tiny island country, a short trip of one week max will do, free & easy DIY. The cost is much lower among the 3. If you have more time, you could use Singapore as an initial stop, stay 4 days or so, and go to Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, hong kong etc

I even have frolicked in Singapore, not in Malaysia. Singapore is gorgeous and sparkling! the two worldwide locations are tropical (warm and HUMID). there are a number of stuff to work out in Singapore - their Orchid botanical gardens is a could! they have many subcultures interior the rustic (even a Malay sub community) and you'd be waiting to attempt many categories of meals and do different figuring out to purchase. do not use a taxi whilst going around (until community transport does not flow there) - their community buses are large, they're all air conditioned (ensure you carry a gaggle of substitute as you oftentimes pay as you enter). the rustic is extremely strict approximately their rules, that are especially elementary to persist with, don't be concerned soliciting for chewing gum or wearing any - this is against the regulation in Singapore. The motels are especially a lot 5 megastar provider and grant diverse vacationer applications for the city - you may desire to do a motel equipment - tension around interior the van with a excursion instruction manual. What the vacationer equipment does not conceal you're able to do with community transport. as far as your washer / refrigerator capture 22 subject is going - i'm with Azizza. you decide on a refrigerator...clothing would be carried out interior the sink or tub. the place ever you establish to flow - you're turning out to be a large time in spite of the trip spot. you're newly married and could be too busy enjoying each and every others corporation to be afflicted by using exterior distractions. Congratulations! @ extremely N - Singapore and Malaysia have an somewhat great Islamic inhabitants! And did you omit the incontrovertible fact which you're in an Egyptian communicate board the place each and every person is oftentimes Muslim? end being a Bigot and say something effective!

USA: You'll need a lot of time and quite a bit of money to travel around USA.

Japan: I think you'll need less time and maybe less money. Not sure. Don't trust me on this one.

Singapore: Singapore is small. You don't need a lot of time nor not much money to go around Singapore.

If I could pick, I'd say Singapore. Even though I born and raised there, I still would pick Singapore. Good food at a good price, quite clean, and transportation is very simple. You can go around using the MRT(Mass Rapid Transit) trains, buses, or taxis.
