I believe the most underated are the Red Hot Chili Peppers who are a personel favorite of mine but few people heard of them. I tihnk now the most overated could be the rolling stones just cuz their legends and people just want to see them

overrated- dropkick murphys, rancid, the misfits, and most of the warped tour bands
how can you say the chili's are at all underrated.
