I have recently started working out and have changed my diet. I have lost some weight and am very happy. But lately (and this only started after I started working out about 2 months ago) I have been spotting after a heavy workout. First it was only after intense pilates and abs, but today it happened after 45 min. of cardio. It felt like my period started again, but with no pain. I am pretty much exactly mid cycle. I don't want to be nervous, maybe I'm pushing my body too hard. I work out about 1 1/2 hours 4-5 days per week. Anyone had a similar problem?

sound to me like you should be consulting a doctor and not us. This could be a sign of an ulser or something even worse. Internal bleeding or whatever. Only a dr can help you and know for sure.

omg! ur only suppose to do like 20-30 mins of that because your moving everything and atleast only 3 times a week. that is why everyone says only exercise every 2 days bc one day u exercise day later u gotta rest ur body. and its ready for more. start warm ups first, stretches before and after. no i havent had that before i work out too. i go every 2 days and i stretch for only 30 mins

I think you are working too hard. It's recommended that you excer size 30 minutes a day 3 days a week.

i'm getting this concern too! different than Ive had my era on the grounds that 11 and its never been ordinary. very almost each and every time it lasts a month or extra and that i'm getting those terrible pains, and then they are able to bypass away for the longest time and then come back. :(

i think that you need to go to the doctor. thats not good. if you can't get to the doctor right away. stop excersing to every 2 days. you don't want anything to worsen.
