There is a software called as "BOOTXP" that will permit you to apply your choice of picture as a boot screen. However there is minor amount of customization that you have to perform using that picture for your bootscreen to look nice. For more information visit this site.

Let me warn you: It is not advisable to change the bootscreen if you are not a computer geek. It might cause your computer to die and you might end up re-installing the operating system.
