Obviously the older you become the more drastic your measures have to be.

Despite this, you can minimize wrinkles by staying out of the sun or using sunscreen if you have to. Drink plenty of water and do the healthy diet thing.

Retinoids (retin a, tazorac cream) are good for eliminating and preventing fine lines and wrinkles. They help your skin regenerate more quickly than normal.

You can always have medical procedures done. Botox freezes the muscles in your face. If you can't move your face you can't make wrinkles in your skin. Or you can get some type of chemical peel or laser resurfacing to get rid of wrinkles.

Ultimately, however, age will take over and some wrinkles will appear. But it is not that dificult to have flawless skin into your 30's and maybe even 40's.

Interesting question. As a guy, I do know that most of my guy friends don't use and have not used moisturizers, daily cleansers, facial scrubs, etc. and now they look their age... we are all 30 now. They have the wrinkles around their mouth, along their cheeks, crow's feet, and on their forehead. I have been using cleaners, scrubs, and moisturizers for several year now...and the age I am told I look....23. So far, none of those wrinkles are on my face. These skin products do work but you need to use them daily. Don't buy the cheap crap either...it's majority water-based. Biotherme for men is good. Clinque also.

If you avoid getting sunburns or any other kind of burns before the age of 15, then it decreases the number of wrinkles you get by the time you are 30.

Pattern:

avoid b4 age 20--decreses by age 35

25--40

30--45

etc.

I'm not sure EXACTLY, but, I believe eating healthy and getting enough citrus a day will help.

In NYC, there's a guy that you can go to who will take citrus peels and rub it on your skin. Maybe that? I could be wrong, though, so... yeah.

Always wash your make up off every night and use moisturizer afterwards. Moisturize your face before you apply make up and after you wash it off.
