How about a TV show taping? I'm going to Sony Studios to see the Jeopardy Teen Challenge on Thursday in Culver City. It's FREE and tickets are available all the time for many ages. Some have certain restrictions. Jeopardy is 10-years-old, no cameras or cell phones, etc. Tickets are available on short notice at tvtix.com. It's something else besides Disneyland. You may even enjoy it. Also close to home is the Griffith Observatory in Hollywood Hills. A great place to take your girlfriend on these cold, clear nights! Good luck and visit other things besides the typical stuff. Isn't that what life's about anyway. To change the pace.

Well a good park is Disney World in Florida. There are four parks and have a wide variety of attractions that will appeal to almost everyone. There is live music, roller coasters, shows, etc. also, if you stay on property there is free transportation to all the parks and you can either get in early or stay late on certain day at certain parks. Even the hotels are themed and are an attraction unto themselves. They range from value to deluxe. You can also go to Disneyland in California, although they do not have all the amenities, it does provide a good amount of activities for everyone. Hope that helps.

Disneyland is a fine place to go. rides to go on: First go to the Disney Fire Dept. WARNING: Do not climb on the pole, whatever you do, I heard that Walt Disney's Apartment is up there. (I think that's where he made the cartoons) and a nosey guest tried to climb in but I think he injured. But we all make mistakes. next, go on the disneyrailroadexpress. You get to ride through a desert and a Dinosaur Park that would make you scream. Next go to the walt disney story. Mr. Lincoln will be there live. Do you like gaming, go the crystal penny arcade you might want to go to a couple of giftshops too. You like movies? great, buy yourself some movie snacks and go to the Mickey Mouse comedy cartoon theater. You don't need to buy tickets. That lady in the Ticket Booth is just a phony fake-O. Don't forget about the parade. Next go to the Walt Disney statue. You are in the center of Disneyland, CA. You are probably thinking about having an adventure. Lets go to adventure land, adventurer. You go right to the Indiana Jones Adventure. You might want to use a Fastpass ticket for this. The regular line is 2 hours long. ANOTHER WARNING: Do not look in the Forbidden Eye. You ready for another heart-pounding adventure, go to the Jungle Cruise. Fact: The people who made this ride put some Indiana Jones stuff in it.

im underage and i live in las vegas, and it is very fun even if you are not old enough to gamble. yes, there are the arcades, but there are also tons of roller coasters and free shows. also, the people watching is great, there is always something interesting to see in vegas. plus you could take day trips to the hoover dam or the grand canyon, which are both amazing.
have you tried universal in orlando? islands of adventure in orlando, florida is an amazing park. it has five different islands with various themed rides, stores, and restaurants. the islands are themed doctor suess, a mystical land, jurassic park, classic cartoons (popeye, dudley do-right), and marvel comics. There are roller coasters there, but lots of slow rides as well. Right next to this park is the classic Universal Studios, with no roller coasters, just nice rides that are derived from movies. Lots of peaceful walkways, old movie sets, and cool eateries, such as Mel's diner (1950's setting). Also connected to both of these parks (surrounding a huge lake) is CityWalk, a walkway that provides nightlife and entertainment. There are hotels connected to the parks as well. Its great!
Hope this helps!

good question, And surprisingly the ans er is Michigan Adventure
if you have kids younger than 9 it is great they can go on every ride! if you have kids 10 through 13 they will have a blast the park has 3 huge bigger kid rides and they are just a blast! this park is big enough that my kids where entertained for the hole day and small enough that i went to the water park and lay-ed out in the sun while my 10 year old and my 12 year old and our two 12 year old neighbors wander the park. we went there 5 times this year and they never got sick of it. i mean its a water park and and roller coaster park in one, two parks for the Price of one Fun Fun!!!
PS. to get more info on this park just go to google and google Michigan Adventure and it all should come up. Good luck

I would suggest Myrtle Beach South Carolina. There are all types of attractions. Including Family Kingdom Amusement Park. They only have one Roller Coaster. The beach is beautiful. There are tons and tons of mini-golf courses. There are excellent restaurants. There are arcades, piers, and bungee jumps. There are two shopping outlets. There is lots of malls and shopping places. Myrtle Beach is a very popular vacation destination. It is worth flying out. Do a search for myrtle beach sc and see what you think.
Hope this gives some insight of destinations other than just dedicated amusement parks b/c they get old and tiring. MB has a variety of activities.

Everyone has said disney.. And I have to agree with them.
Hello,
My name is Karen, I work at disneyland. I have to say there are places I would rather be than disneyland. But with your conditions, I think that you should go on a disney cruise. I mean you cant get sea sick. And if you do then get a room without a window. And there are lots of great attractions. I loved working on the cruise, before I moved to the California location.. I think that you would have the time of your life if you went. Please check out the website. Maybe the cruise is right for you, and your family! www.disneycruise.com
Thanks for your time,
Karen H.
