Think through what your strengths and talents are.
If you don't know, ask the people who know you best what your recurring pattern of thought, feeling or behaviors are which leads you to know your strengths/talents.
For example, some that have strengths in empathy, relator, learner, achiever might choose to become a teacher.
You look for where your strengths are and see if that job role is a good fit for you.

You should be yourself. Oh, you were serious.
Few people know what they want to be in life, and those who do change their minds. The job that is right for you might not even exist yet. If there is something you are really into, such as languages, then consider how you could turn that into a job (e.g. being a language teacher or translator).
Think of your strengths and what you can imagine yourself doing. Consider whether you would like to have a lot of responsibility and stress or not (as usually if you don't mind this then you can get higher-paid jobs). Research where the money and funding is.
If you don't mind working with different people, having responsibility and want to get into things then you could consider being a plumber, electrician or plasterer.
If you are more the cerebral sort then maybe you are more cut out for computer programming. If you like working with people then you could consider teaching. Etc.
You can go see a guidance counsellor or visit websites on the topic, but unless you are fairly old then you don't need to worry overly much about it.

If you're still in your teens, you still have a lot of time to decided what you want to have for a job. Eventually, it will come to you what you want to do, maybe through some experiences or watching somebody do something that you think is really cool.
