I think there is more here then your letting on. If she lived with you, and her daughter, you can claim on your taxes. AND, unless you owed back taxes, etc, then you should have gotten a refund because of the child. If the irs went thru, seen a mistake, they would fix it, not make you pay.

If she signed your name on checks, you must have known about it, or how else would the bills have been paid, if you didnt sign them.

She wouldnt have been able to sue your insurance with out a valid claim.

If she got food stamps, then you were eating the food bought with those as much as she was.

It sounds like your trying to get out of something and make her take all the blame. No one could have done all that without your knowledge.

Absolute nonsense. at the beginning, your numbers point out that below 12% cite motor vehicle coverage because of the fact the decide on for occurring nutrition stamps. no longer a reason to show anybody else to uninsured motorists. extra importantly, what number human beings who smoke have been excluded from that survey? Empirical study teach that the decrease the earnings, the extra probably someone is to be a smoker. that doesn't even handle the lottery gamers, that are predominantly adverse human beings. anybody has a month-to-month funds to paintings with. If somebody chooses to apply that funds for luxuries like cigarettes, playing, alcohol, or drugs, then they'd't blame motor vehicle coverage for their would desire to get public tips. yet another factor to contemplate is how most of the ninety six nutrition stamp recipients have undeclared men residing with them, assisting with the expenses? i'd wager 80 of the ninety six have boyfriends residing in the abode whose earnings isn't declared. this would disqualify them from the nutrition stamp application, altogether. quit whining approximately non-themes. Your question is thoroughly absurd.

Did you look at your tax return before you signed it? It sounds like you allowed someone you knew was dishonest to prepare the return and accepted what ever she did. You are as guilty as she is. Pay up and shut up.
