Well that's probably greyhound. But actually the fastest living creature is the sailfish.

But I don't think that's raced for sport.

Cheetahs are the fastest mammals. But i'd say Greyhounds or pigeons are the fastest racing creatures?

Both are "regularly raced for sport".
