when you use a urinal do you take your whle penis out or juat a little im just starting to use them

How do you do what? And there are a lot of different types of urinals, what are you referring to
OK Just pull it out and away you go. Urinal manners calls for looking straight ahead and not at the guy beside you especially at his dork. Do not talk, just pee and leave. Its a good idea to give it a little shake when your done to get the last drip out. And try not to pee on your pants.

I don't understand the question. A urinal is an inanimate object. 'How do I do a urinal' makes no sense.
followup (to your additional details):
When I get to a urinal, I take my penis out. If someone looks at it, I pay no attention -- or at least I try not to. :) I don't recall the age I started using them but my guess would be around 6 or so....
