For about a month or two or now, my eating habits have erratically changed. Vegetables and meats stopped appealing to me, and whenever I ate them, they just didn't taste right. Homemade, McDonalds, resturant... didn't matter. Just didn't taste right or feel right.

At the same time, I found myself significantly hungrier. I found myself going from eating, perhaps, for a pizza dinner, only half a slice and two garlic nauts(sp?) to eating two or three slices and five or six garlic nauts(sp?).

Likewise, when I used to eat about two or three meals a day, I'm now eating 6 meals or so... not including snacks.

I have no idea what the heck's going on. At first I thought it was pregnancy, but, I'm on birth control pills, and take them at the same time every night, haven't missed them. My BCP's are Loestrin 24 Fe.

I know that around December I get depressed due to the fact it's my mother's death anniversary, but...

... otherwise, that's it, really.

What's wrong with me?

Oh. I forgot to add this: Last night, I woke up every 45 minutes, exactly. I didn't choose to, either, I just did.

Sounds weird. Have you taken a pregnancy test? Even if you take your pill perfect there is still that small chance. It very well may also be due to depression. Many people look to comfort foods when feeling down and out. If these symptoms remain for more than a month i would go to see a doctor for a full check up.

good luck and happy new year!
