Yeah that's my size, I usually juggle between these three sites depending on the deals, prices are generally consistently reasonable, you have to order by phone though, the first one is the only one that ships 'outside the UK' - but they are all UK based and so I get all my shoes there, service is great:

They all do sizes 12 - 20.
Hope it helps, finding shoes is a damn rite pain. When I'm not shopping on the internet I go to 'Sports World' - that place has shoes up to size 14 UK and at good prices too, finding it was a god send - and I have seen what you're looking for there.

I don't know if they have these shops in the US but if your in the UK try 'Sports World' or 'Lily Whites'.
