Dad? Is that you? I swear I didn't do it!

My Dad used to use a toothbrush but I think that was just to make me feel bad. Actually, you will need to reseal. Of coarse you can't just reseal the area that was removed by this juvenile delinquent because then it won't match the rest of the road. An entire reseal will be in order. I would suggest getting in touch with the parents to assure some monetary punishment is made.

If it's "on the road" and NOT your driveway, that sounds to me like the city or county will have to fix it. This kinda happened in front of my house just after they paved the road and the garbage truck did damage to our road because the didn't let it cure/harden.

Find the culprit and make him scrub it, or try a high pressure power washer, if it doesn't make the person recoat your driveway, and maybe he will think twice about doing it again, and save his exhibitions for the dragstrip.

Coarse sand soaked in bleach scrubbed with stiff bristles(or boots) will make quick work of that job.Be sure to sweep away any loose stuff right away. It helps to cus alot (Positively) when you do this. This will help to make it clear that "here " is never to do this.
