can a herbal product be shiped from the us to th uk?

I want to ship a herbal product to my cousin from the usa to the united kingdom is this legal.withe product be excepted if it is sealed from the manufactor?

It depends upon the "herbal" product. 99.5 should be legal.

It is harder to ship from the UK to the US as herbal products raise suspicion with our customs people no matter how harmlessand even if there is no law agaist the product.

As Jimmiv says depends on what "herbal" product.Herbal cannabis is illegal.
