i prefer the darkness, myself. in the dark, i am not scared for i have the LORD'S LIGHT to show me the way.
how is that for an answer?
i like dark rooms in the evening though. i am not a morning person so the bright rays of sunshine first thing in the morning do not make me happy, but makes me want to go back to sleep. however i do embrace the nightfall and all the darkness that comes with it. i love to light some candles and read or watch tv and play on this computer.

I like both. Light during the day and dark at night. No light when I'm making love to my cat.
