Guess seeing a soldier injured serving his country is patriotic and showing a hanging is gruesome.

CNN also has a list of all Servicemember that died in Iraq so I don't think the employees of CNN hate america since they are americans. (at least you would hope they don't hate america) It's a awful to see a fellow Soldier get hit by a sniper. Since I remember spending almost a thousand hours on guard on a similar tower. But two wrongs doesn't make anything right. No matter how bad the guy is I don't think they should show Saddam death. At least he didn't beg for his life.

It is not the point of CNN showing it and not showing it. They have not released the Whole tape to CNN. All you have to do is look at CNN and you will see that the only reason why they haven't showed the whole tape is because the us hasn't gotten the whole tape. It is out of Cnn's hands. Me personally I want to see the hanging so i can make sure that bastard is dead.

Because if a soldier gets shot, the war is bad. If what we want/need accomplished is, the war is good. After all the media/liberal criticism of the war, making it out to be good is the opposite of what they want to do.

It's probably because there are so many people with their tongues hanging out wanting to see Saddam being hanged. Too many people are bloodthirsty.

Maybe because they don't want executions reduced to the level of a sporting event.
