Dear Jessica K~
I understand what your going through! I go to a private school, but let me tell, you, the $ thing isn't very easy. Most all of the people at my school are there easily, because they have all that money. We don't. It's a struggle for me to go there, but it's the best choice!
People always talk about all their land, and fore wheelers, dirtbikes, pools, and all this stuff that I wish I had. All I do is just think, hey, I have what I have! I'm thankful for it. When they rub it in your face, all you need to do is say,
"Hey, Ms.Nu-thang...you think you're all that because of your stuff...but get in check honey...can't you see...that's ALL you have! Nobody like's you!"
Hope this helps!

A big house will never compensate for a bad personality so if I were you I would just feel sorry for her and ignore her. If she is becoming a bully and making life totally miserable for you, let your teacher, parents and principle know about it. No one should have to go through that.
By the way, I had the same thing happen to me years ago in school by the popular girls. Guess who did better in life years later? Me :0)

there is only one way to deal with people like that: Don't credit their attitude with any attention. Ignore her and concentrate on what you want to be as an individual, focus on your development into a person with good integrity, charity, honesty, generosity, etc.

Just ignore her. There will always be someone with more money, more talent, or better looks around. She will have to deal with it.

Totally ignore her. Or tell her she is not all that.
