Not unless you are breastfeeding. Some large-busted women find they are more comfortable during the day if they wear a bra to sleep, but in general it doesn't affect their growth, shape, or behavior.

I think if you do wear a bra to bed it would stunt the growth of your breasts. Plus you need to let them air out. But that's just my opinion.

I saw the end of a show one day. Just long enough to hear the Doctor say. Do not sleep in your bra, but I missed what the reason was. I would like to know my self.

Shouldn't make any major difference, since as you're laying down in bed you don't have the same trouble with gravity as you do when standing-up, and don't have the weight of them needing supporting.

they say that if you wear a bra to bed it means that you boobs don't grow .. and ive heard that you can get breast cancer but im not sure how true that is .. but y would you want to wear a bra to bed anyway its uncomfortable

if you wear a bra to bed, it only prevents sagging. i wear mine to bed but i think it is more comfy with than without.

nope it doesnt help you grow or anything .. you shouldnt sleep with a bra tthough .. they need to breathe. lol
