You would be a good receiver , but you would still need to gain a good 15 pounds , Defensive End forget it your to light , I played DE in college and I was 6"2 225 and that was small most linemen are around 300 lbs how are you going to deal with that when you weigh in at a whopping 170 no way ! you need to change positions , sorry but that's the truth !

Eat a lot of pizza and donuts, beanpole. Watch the movie "Super Size Me" for further details. If you gain another 40 pounds, maybe you'll be big enough to be a placekicker.

Okay you're 6'5" 170-pounds. I think we're going to definitely cut the bull rush from your repertoire of pass rush moves. Work on moves to free yourself from blockers, rip moves, swim moves, etc. I think you should avoid the spin move cuz i use it as a linebacker and it's a habit that i kinda want to get out of. Spin moves you have no idea where the hell you're going and it's easy to just get shoved down in a spin move. One move that i've seen a lot is the pull-down move which you might be familiar with. If your lineman is big and he's really leaning into you, grab a handful of jersey and pull him down to the ground and run in to make the tackle. Obviously you want to do a lot of tackle drills, you can practice tackling without pads, just practice putting your face into their chest head-up, delivering power from the hips and driving your feet, don't take him down though, you have no pads. Work on your get-offs, acceleration off the snap, and quickness. And of course it doesn't hurt to hit the weightroom 3 times a week.

The keys for you are to utilize quickness (work on your speed) and your long arms to keep your lineman off of you along with other moves to keep him off. Use your height to your advantage. Keep him off with your arms and don't let him engage you because once he engages you you're a dead man for someone as thin as you. A lot of these people think you've got no chance at D-end i think you do you're just going to have to use your height and long arms to beat your blockers.

Run around the track fast. From a squat do a fifty yard dash to see how quickly you can get to the quarterback. Sit-ups, push-up and pull-ups are all good. Jumping jacks, lunges, and toe touches are also good.

Lift Weights. Ever heard of SAQ Drills? Speed, Agility, Quickness. Do them too, study film if you get the opportunity. I was undersized playing ball to, but I worked my butt off, made all-conference twice.
