Alloy and Delia's are both fairly stylish and more reasonable than most (they also have online stores)....so is H&M although I don't think they have online shops here.
Abercrombie, Hollister, American Eagle and Aeropostle are more expensive versions of basically the same clothes. Teens aren't very imaginative anymore.
